On the Day of the physical education student, the staff of the state committee passed the TRP standards
Employees of the Tatarstan State Procurement Committee together with their families took part in a large sports festival in the extreme park "URAM" dedicated to the Day of the physical education student. The standards of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex "Ready for work and defense" were passed at the event.
The tests included pull-ups, push-ups, leaning forward from a standing position, long jumps and lifting the torso from a prone position.
"We took the standards seriously - we trained several times a week, motivating each other with our results. Despite the weather conditions, the organization of the event was at a very high level. Successful completion of all the tests evokes a sense of pride and self-confidence - for me and my colleagues. Sport occupies an important place in our lives. We not only strengthen health, but also increase the efficiency of professional activity," commented Yulia Ivanova, senior specialist of the 1st category of the centralized procurement department.
The event was an excellent opportunity not only to test your physical abilities, but also to get a boost of cheerfulness, positive emotions and sports spirit.
