More than 7.6 million rubles were allocated for the provision of services for the organization of the Tatarstan Petrochemical Forum
From August 26 to 28, the Kazan-Expo Exhibition Center will host the Tatarstan Petrochemical Forum-2024, dedicated to the Year of Scientific and Technological Development in the Republic of Tatarstan. More than 7.6 million rubles were allocated for the provision of services for its organization and holding. The relevant tender was held by the State Procurement Committee of Tatarstan. The customer is the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the terms of reference, the contractor will provide services for the provision of premises for the forum, accompanying participants of the event, technical support and awarding the winners of the competition. It will ensure compliance with the necessary fire protection requirements, safety measures and environmental protection. The services provided will have to comply with the requirements of regulatory legal acts. As Iskander Bagautdtinov, Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, clarified, for the customer, the main procedure for forming an order is the preparation of technical specifications for bidding.
"The final result depends on a professionally drafted technical task. A clear understanding by the customer and the contractor of the goals and objectives is the key to the success of the event," he said.
This year's program of the petrochemical forum includes a plenary session, scientific and practical conferences, round tables, panel discussions, exhibitions, supplier days, special events, business and cultural programs. Traditionally, the organizers are the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic and ANO Kazan Expo. The events are held with the support of the Government of Tatarstan.
