The head of the Republican Agency for Public Procurement of Buryatia is being trained in Tatarstan

Ekaterina Prushinskaya, Head of the Republican Agency for Public Procurement of Buryatia, studies the procurement system of Tatarstan on the basis of the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, the training program includes a detailed study of procurement under 44-FZ and 223-FZ, business process management in procurement.

As part of the experience exchange program, it is planned to visit the Agency for State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Directorate for Competition Policy and Procurement of the city of Kazan, and the IT Park.

During the professional retraining program, a round table on the exchange of experience was held with Iskander Bagautdinov, Acting Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, who stressed the importance of compliance with legislation in this area, as well as the need for transparency and openness in the procurement process. Bagautdinov also noted: According to the results of the past year, the Republic of Tatarstan has become the absolute Leader in the Index of efficiency of procurement activities of the regions of the Association GROWTH. In addition, cooperation between regions is a key aspect of improving the quality of public procurement. The exchange of experience and best practices allows each region not only to learn from the mistakes of others, but also to apply successful working methods, which ultimately contributes to improving procurement efficiency and improving the quality of services provided."

All participants of the round table expressed their readiness for further interaction and cooperation in this important area of activity.

As part of the visit to the region, an excursion to the Kazan Kremlin, the island-city of Sviyazhsk, Bolgar was also organized, where guests of the republic had a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the culture, history and traditions of Tatarstan.
