On December 19, 2023, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with JSC "Center for Procurement Development of the Republic of Tatarstan" held a final seminar-meeting for republican customers
On December 19, 2023, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the organizational support of JSC "Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan", held the final event for republican customers this year.
The event was opened by Chairman of the State Committee Ruslan Sabirov: "Of course next year we will continue such events, as well as the methodological work that we have been doing all year: sending letters with instructions, developing methodological materials, including procurement memos."
Representatives of the State Committee, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC "Center for Procurement Development of the Republic of Tatarstan" acted as experts at the seminar. The speakers of the seminar spoke about the latest changes in the Law on the Contract System, about the practice of using "second-hand" procurement, describing the object of procurement in a structured form, as well as about the practice of considering applications from procurement participants when describing characteristics in a structured form.
The participants of the meeting had the opportunity to ask questions to specialists and get the necessary clarifications.
The meeting was attended by more than 150 specialists of the republic in online and offline formats.
