Representatives of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the annual All-Russian Conference in the field of procurement
From October 19 to 20, 2023, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia organized an annual All-Russian conference in the field of procurement, which brought together representatives of regulators, executive and legislative authorities, subjects and control bodies at all levels.
The Conference was attended by the heads of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, heads and specialists of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, federal and regional executive authorities, including Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Procurement Iskander Bagautdinov and Director General of JSC "Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan" Naila Volodina.
It is worth noting that special attention was paid at the Conference to the discussion of law enforcement practice in the context of constantly changing legislation in the field of procurement, as well as antimonopoly regulation in this area.
Iskander Bagautdinov noted that the participants of the Conference managed to convey to federal regulators the opinion of regional authorized bodies in the field of procurement about the difficulties in work and recommendations on changing legislation in the field of procurement.
