Standard conditions of construction contracts have been approved
The Government of the Russian Federation, in accordance with part 11 of Article 34 of Federal Law No. 44, approved the standard terms of contracts for the construction, reconstruction, overhaul, demolition of a capital construction facility.
The following conditions are included in the document:
- about the rights and obligations of the contractor;
- about the rights and obligations of the customer;
- about quality assurance;
- about the contract price;
- on the amendment and termination of the contract;
- about acceptance and payment of completed works;
- about the period of work performed and the term of the contract;
- on the responsibility of the parties;
- dispute settlement procedure;
- on the procedure for sending notifications.
In addition, the document provides for warranty periods, which must be contained in contracts for the construction, reconstruction, overhaul of highways, artificial road structures.
The corresponding decree of the Government of the Russian Federation comes into force on September 1, 2023.
