The Government has expanded the mechanism for advancing purchases of industrial products
The Government continues to support manufacturers of industrial products. It was decided to expand the list of equipment whose supplies are advanced in the amount of at least 80% of the contract price in public procurement. The decree was signed by the Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
10 types of metallurgical and lifting and transport equipment have been added to the updated list. These include construction cranes, elevators, lifting machines for warehouses, electric furnaces and industrial chambers.
The mechanism for advancing purchases of industrial products was introduced at the end of 2022 as part of measures to support manufacturers of the machine tool industry. The expansion of this mechanism will speed up the process of increasing production capacity and increase the volume of products.
