The Government of the Russian Federation has prepared a draft law on amendments to Law No. 44-FZ.

The draft decree of the Government of the Russian Federation prepared by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (ID 01/01/09-24/00150734) has been published at the Federal Draft regulatory Legal Acts, according to which it is proposed to supplement the provided paragraph. 1 of Resolution No. 301 dated 03/06/2022, a list of persons indicating customers included in the list of business entities in respect of which a special procedure for making certain types of transactions (operations) is applied, approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 221 dated 03/29/2024 "On a special procedure for making certain types of transactions (operations) with shares (shares in authorized capitals) of certain business companies".
