Centralized procurement for the supply of paper for 49 institutions and departments of Tatarstan will be conducted by the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan. The initial price of the contract is more than 14 million rubles.

As part of the performance of its functions, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out 928 centralized purchases for the amount of almost 7 billion rubles.

The Russian Ministry of Finance has issued clarifications on the application of the national regime in procurement regulated by Laws No. 44-FZ and No. 223-FZ. The Agency clarified which customers are subject to prohibitions, restrictions and advantages, as well as which procurement methods should take them into account.
