Today, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the commission to determine the candidate for inclusion on the electronic honor board of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by the head of the department, Marat Ziatdinov.
The commission includes Maria Almazova, Deputy Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee, heads and specialists of the department's structural divisions. Artem Shevalovsky, representative of the Public Council under the State Committee, First Deputy General Director of the Procurement Development Center JSC, and Naila Gabidullina, Deputy General Director of the Procurement Development Center JSC, acted as independent experts. Olga Kamaleeva, Chief Adviser of the Department of Organizational Support of the Civil Service, took part in the meeting on behalf of the Department of Civil Service and Personnel at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the results of the work for 2024, Anastasia Surkova, head of the Centralized Procurement Department, was appointed by a majority vote of those present as a candidate from the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for inclusion on the electronic board of honor of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Anastasia Anatolyevna is a graduate of Kazan Federal University with a degree in Public and Municipal Administration. He holds the class rank of "State Councilor of the Republic of Tatarstan, 2nd class." Since 2014, he has been working for the RT State Procurement Committee. He teaches at the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan JSC, at Kazan Federal University, and teaches the republic's customers how to work with the law on the contract system.
"I was born into a medical family, but I decided to connect my life with public service. Immediately after graduating from university, she began working for the State Procurement Committee of the Republic. Purchasing activities in general are very interesting and important. We review applications from procurement participants, prepare procurement documentation and check for compliance with legal requirements," Anastasia Surkova said.
