Since December 1, 2017 the ban on state procurements of foreign furniture works. For the admission in purchase participants of purchases need to have supporting documents as a part of the application!!!

The term of entry into force of amendments to the Law N 44-FZ which establish new requirements to the specified banks is postponed since January 1, 2018 for June 1, 2018.

From December 31, 2017, such a contract can be concluded from a single supplier under item 8, part 1, Art. 93 of Law N 44-FZ.

The prohibition to attract subcontractors and co-executors corresponds to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The law allows to include in the contract a condition on personal performance by the contractor of works, rendering of services.

The law with innovations was published on December 31, 2017.

Large-scale amendments to Law No. 44-FZ have been adopted.

If it is necessary to conclude a contract, for example, on power supply, it is not necessary to do this on a special basis.

The Finance Ministry reminded that the price is an essential condition of the contract. To change such conditions it is possible only in the cases established by the Federal Law № 44.

The customer is obliged to provide the participants with the opportunity to receive information on the opening of envelopes with applications in real time. 

The supervisory authority believes that such changes do not allow the introduction of Federal law № 44. Correction of the protocols after publication in the UIS contains signs of violation of this Law.
