Requirements to the banks giving guarantees for providing applications and government contracts won't change till June 1

The term of entry into force of amendments to the Law N 44-FZ which establish new requirements to the specified banks is postponed since January 1, 2018 for June 1, 2018.

According to these amendments, customers will have to accept guarantees of banks which conform to government requirements. The list of these banks will appear on the website of the Ministry of Finance.

We will remind, now under the Law No. 44-FZ customers have to accept guarantees of those banks which are in the list provided by the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
