From January 27, federal customers can set an advance in the amount of up to 50% inclusive of the contract amount concluded in 2021, but no more than LBO (paragraph 3, paragraph 2 of the resolution). A similar measure was already envisaged in 2020.

A draft amendment to Law No. 44-FZ has been submitted to the State Duma. It is planned to reduce the number of competitive procurement methods, establish their features, identify new cases of procurement from the supplier, and adjust the order of contract execution. Let's consider the main provisions of the project.

It included a condition: the demand for payment under the guarantee must be received by the bank before the expiration of its validity. After that, the customer does not have the right to pay out.

The winner explained that he did not do it on time due to a surge of electricity, which disabled the computer with the EP. The problem could not be resolved quickly.

The bidder's application was rejected: the accreditation documents from the operator of the electronic platform did not contain a copy of the executed contract (contract) for the required amount. The participant included it in the second part of the application.

The contractor sent the documents on time. But the customer returned some of them and asked to correct them. The performer did so and submitted them again on January 17.
