Artem Grinenko, Deputy Director of the Department of Budget Policy in the Field of Contract System of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, spoke about the proposals of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to optimize the mechanisms for providing national treatment to simplify the procurement of domestic products at a profile round table within the framework of the International Military-Technical Forum "Army-2023".

According to the specialists of the department, in the case of procurement planning from a single counterparty, column 12 of the procurement plans "planned date or period of placement of the procurement notice (month, year)" is filled in if the customer has decided to place the procurement notice in the unified procurement information system.

On August 25, 2023, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation provided an explanation on confirmation of the availability of licenses for procurement participants.

When purchasing medical products and medical nutrition by the decision of the medical commission, a trademark without an equivalent can be included in the description of the object of purchase.
