How to change duration of the contract on 44-FL?

State and municipal customers limited Fiscal Code of Russian Federation, which one regulations establishing that certain exceptions specified in paragraph 3 of Art. 72 Russian Federation Fiscal Code, government (municipal) and contracts are to be paid within the customer by bringing the limits of budgetary obligations.

Published the Government Decree of Russian Federation № 1092 from 26.12.2013

Russian Federation Government Resolution № 1092 of 26.12.2013, "On approval of the list of procurement (works, services) produced (performed, provided), institutions and enterprises of the penitentiary system, the purchase of which the customer can be a single supplier (contractor, executor)". More detail can be found in the Resolution section 44-FL, subsection Information about approved federal normative legal act in the Federal Law № 44-FL.

The Government has identified banks authorized to provide procurement

The Russian government issued a direction about the list of banks in which the operators of electronic platforms will open accounts for registration fund from the participants to ensure that public procurement bids. This is stated in the government's disposal number 1999-r dated 30 October 2013 (full list of authorized banks in the EP "State Order"), which shall enter into force on 1 January 2014. Just a list of 51 banks entered with a capital of 35 billion rubles, participating in mandatory deposit insurance system.

Since January 1, 2014 in Russia at the same time was started exist two registry of unfair suppliers (details about register of unfair suppliers within 44-FL in "Goszakupki.ru" № 2, 2014) in the sphere of procurement for state and municipal needs: the former register provided by Law number 94-FL, and new registry introduced by the Law on the contract system.
