How to change duration of the contract on 44-FL?

State and municipal customers limited Fiscal Code of Russian Federation, which one regulations establishing that certain exceptions specified in paragraph 3 of Art. 72 Russian Federation Fiscal Code, government (municipal) and contracts are to be paid within the customer by bringing the limits of budgetary obligations. In practice, for most governments and state institutions, this means only the possibility of concluding such contracts, which expires no later than December 31 of the next fiscal year. These rules preserve its action after the entry into force of the contract system (experts on validity of contracts for 44-FZ on the EP "State Order").
