The Federal Antimonopoly Service has released a clarification of the law about contract system, regarding the placing format in the Internet on procurement documentation. They are given at the request of the St. Petersburg FAS and published on the FAS website.
Unofficially Government set a new deadline of the selection of electronic platforms for the work under the state order - it is expect that the list of the selected operator is defined only after a year. Transferring selection procedures need to explain the first run in electronic form such an essential part of government auction as contests - they completely cease to be "paper" only in 2015.
During the autumn session of the State Duma of the Russian Federation plans to consider the complex of amendments to the Federal Law "About contract system in the sphere of procurement, works and services for state and municipal needs".
