In a typical statutory provision (Regulations)about contract service make changes.

- Put the power to contract service organization for inclusion in the register of contracts information on the award of contracts;

- Possible proxy service contract to develop typical  contracts (standard terms and conditions of contracts) of the customer;

 - Clarified that the head of the service contract may also be the head of the customer.

 These changes will take effect within 10 days after the date of publication. To date this Order has not been published.
