From 18 to 21 August 2015 the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan  “Procurement Development Centre” with the support of the State procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan will hold training program “About contract system in the area of procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal need” for executives in the amount of 40 academic hours.

July 30, 2015 at Kazan, Pravobulachnaya street, 5 at 16:00 in the conference hall will hold a Commission anti-corruption meeting with the chairman of the State procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.

SUE RT "Procurement Development Centre of the Republic of Tatarstan " with the support of the State procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan plans to hold in August 13, 2015 a training procurement session for small and medium-sized enterprises, organizations of disabled persons, socially-oriented non-profit organizations and national producers.

The 21th – 22th  July 2015 was held a seminar for the contractual services employees and contractual control of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as subordinate agencies of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, on the topic "Features of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 № 44-FL «About the contract system procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs» In total, the seminar was attended by over 60 students.

Changes to the Administrative Code shall enter into force on the 24th of July.

The selection of individuals to the state order under the rules of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL can’t be carried out. This law regulates to ensure the state (municipal) needs attitude concerning the conclusion of a civil contract (state contract).

Combining these services may limit the number of participants in the procurement.

The Russian Federal antimonopoly services on the analysis of the competitive environment made the conclusion that the services for the design, installation, maintenance of security equipment premises constitute a separate market.
