Budget institutions may enter into a contracts for the rental of buildings with a single supplier

It is legitimate for the case when a contract for the rent, including non-residential building is based on para. 32 hr. 1 tbsp. 93 of the Law N 44-FL for federal and municipal needs, as well as the needs of the subject of the Russian Federation.

According to Art. 123.21 of the Civil Code institution created for the implementation of administrative, social, cultural or other non-profit functions. In this regard, the question arises of whether the fulfillment of these functions providing federal and municipal needs.
