Administrative responsibility for non-fulfillment of the contract

This responsibility extends to the officials of the customer and on implementing the contract (entrepreneurs and legal entities), if they have caused substantial harm to the interests of society and the state, protected by law. Changes to the Administrative Code shall enter into force on the 24th of July.

It should be noted that significant harm is a subjective concept that is not defined by the rules of the Administrative Code.
