FAS Russia clarified the difference between the state contract and state task

The selection of individuals to the state order under the rules of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL can’t be carried out. This law regulates to ensure the state (municipal) needs attitude concerning the conclusion of a civil contract (state contract).

Public institution not involved in the civil deal with authority. Provision of services in the framework of the state task - this relationship arising between the founder and the said institution. The funds for the execution of this job are subsidies. These amounts are provided in accordance with the Russian Federation Government Decree of 02.09.2010 N 671, which does not provide for the use of the said Law.
