Attention to Customers!

The State procurement committee of the Republic of Tatarstan reports that for receiving gasoline and diesel fuel, services of cellular radiotelephone communication it is necessary to submit requests since January 1, 2016 till 01.11.2015 in accordance with the established procedure through Electronic Shop system.

Information is not included in RUS when unilateral refusal to perform the contract supplier.
The conclusion is based that in the Law N 44-FL there is no such basis for entering of data into the register of unfair suppliers (RUS).

Ensuring performance of the contract isn't established –and anti-dumping measures aren't applied
If the customer didn't establish the requirement about providing ensuring performance of the contract which price as a result of the auction was reduced by 25% and more from the initial (maximum) price of the contract, the anti-dumping measures provided by the Law N 44-FZ aren't applied.
