Ensuring performance of the contract doesn't keep if such right isn't provided in it

As specified Russian Armed Forces, in documentation about purchase and the contract there were no provisions that ensuring performance of the contract keeps in favor of the customer at non-execution of terms of the contract by the supplier. It is possible to draw a conclusion: to have the right to hold such providing, it is necessary to introduce the relevant provisions in the contract.
