Ensuring performance of the contract isn't established –and anti-dumping measures aren't applied

If the customer didn't establish the requirement about providing ensuring performance of the contract which price as a result of the auction was reduced by 25% and more from the initial (maximum) price of the contract, the anti-dumping measures provided by the Law N 44-FZ aren't applied.

This rule extends on the cases determined by the Government resolution when the customer has the right not to provide performance of the contract  in 2015. One of them is purchase in which only subjects of small business, socially oriented non-profit organizations can participate.
