The forfeit should be awarded to the moment of fulfillment or termination of the contract

When the customer defines the term accrual of forfeit for each day on which the supplier (contractor, executor) has delayed fulfillment of obligations on the contract this rule must be guided.

The contract that specify start and end dates of work and marked the stages of execution, default interest should start to accrue after the expired work performance.

It can be concluded from the clarification that in this case the forfeit should be calculated for each day of delay from day following the expiry of work until the day of the complete fulfillment of the contractor obligations under the contract or the date of termination.
