Have reminded participants of state procurements when they don't need to attract subcontractors from small business

If the small business entity or socially oriented non-profit organization became the winner of purchase, it isn't necessary to involve in performance of the state contract of subcontractors from among SMP, SONKO.
Conclusion of the ministry concerns purchases for which the requirement to the performer of the contract to attract subcontractors, collaborators from among SMP, SONKO is established.
The Ministry of Economic Development has also reminded how in the considered situation to fill in the report on the volume of purchases at small business. In a position 6 of this report the volume of attraction of SMP and COHKO is specified as subcontractors, collaborators when such requirement was in the notice on purchase. If in the presence of this requirement the winner I became SMP or COHKO, in a position 6 of the report the customer considers the attraction volume established by the contract.
