The size of advance payment for recipients of means of the federal budget in 2016 is determined

The advance payment shouldn't exceed 30% at the conclusion of contracts. Also cases when the advance payment is established in other size are specified. For example, it can make to 100% under contracts for rendering communication services.
Providing the provision on advance payment in the contract, it is necessary to meet a number of conditions. So, the size of advance payment shouldn't be more finished limits of the budgetary obligations for the corresponding code of the budgetary classification of the Russian Federation.
