The Draft law about electronic methods of suppliers selection in public procurement submitted to the Duma

The Draft law to expand the list of electronic means of selection of suppliers (contractors) for the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs, submitted to the Duma deputy Igor Rudensky and Igor Igoshin.
The draft law provides for the electronic form of open competitions, contests with limited participation, two-stage competitions, auctions and requests for quotations. Applications for participation in these procedures will be submitted in electronic form from special web sites, which are held electronic procedures for identifying suppliers. The Government will establish the procedure and conditions for selection of operators of electronic platforms that will support their work, as well as a list of selected operators. Participants purchases must be accredited at the operator to gain access to the electronic platform.
