The Draft law toexpand the list ofelectronic means ofselection of suppliers(contractors) for the procurement ofgoods, works andservices for state andmunicipal needs,submitted to the Dumadeputy IgorRudenskyand IgorIgoshin.
The draft lawprovides forthe electronicform of opencompetitions, contests with limited participation, two-stagecompetitions, auctionsand requestsfor quotations. Applications for participationin these procedureswill be submitted inelectronic formfromspecial web sites, which are heldelectronicprocedures for identifyingsuppliers.The Governmentwill establishthe procedure andconditions for selection ofoperatorsofelectronic platformsthat will supporttheir work, as well as a list of selectedoperators.Participantspurchasesmustbe accreditedat the operatorto gain accessto theelectronic platform.
