The government has expanded the lists of goods for national procurement
The Government of the Russian Federation has adopted a resolution amending Resolution No. 1875 of December 23, 2024 "On measures to provide national treatment for Procurement".
New items have been added to the lists of foreign goods subject to prohibitions and restrictions. In appendix No. 2 (prohibition of admission) and Appendix No. 3 (restrictions on admission) include scraper, roller, screw conveyors, elevators for drilling and casing pipes, pneumatic lifts, continuous conveyors for underground work, tunneling combines, as well as machines for sorting, screening, separating or washing soil, stone, ore and other mineral substances.
The decree comes into force on July 1, 2026. The exception is paragraph 2 of the amendments (concerning, according to the document, Appendix No. 3), which will become effective on January 1, 2027.
