FAS approves procedure for reviewing procurement notifications from a single supplier

7 April 2026, Tuesday

The Agency has developed a document that establishes a unified approach to verifying customer notifications of contracts with a single supplier. In fact, such notifications are now an independent basis for control in the field of procurement.

The main provisions:

The FAS and its territorial bodies review notifications for signs of violation of the legislation on the contract system.

The review period is no more than 30 business days from the date of receipt.

In the absence of violations, an opinion is issued.

When signs of violations are detected, control measures are initiated in accordance with Article 99 of Law No. 44-FZ.

If violations are confirmed, the materials will be submitted within 3 working days to resolve the issue of initiating an administrative case.

Additionally, a single electronic notification log is being introduced, where key purchase parameters and verification results are recorded.
