3.5 million rubles will be allocated to support the volunteer movement in the field of tourism in Tatarstan
The RT State Procurement Committee announced an auction to support the work of volunteers in the field of tourism and hospitality, as well as the organization of training for tourist volunteers on the basics of guest service in 2026. The customer is the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Tourism. The initial (maximum) contract price is 3.5 million rubles.
The contractor will hold at least 10 meetings in specialized educational institutions to attract volunteers, monthly meetings of active volunteers and ensure their participation in city events. The main task will be the implementation of the Hospitable Kazan project, which will be held from June 1 to August 31 on the streets of the capital. At least 14 volunteers, provided with a full set of uniforms, will work at two sites every day. They will also receive briefings and guided tours of the main tourist sites in Kazan.
"The procurement for the Hospitable Kazan project will create conditions for involving young people in the tourism sector and improving the comfort of guests of the capital, which directly contributes to achieving the goals of the national project "Tourism and the Hospitality Industry," the RT State Procurement Committee noted.
In addition, during the year, the contractor will conduct two specialized educational shifts for at least 100 volunteers with an educational program and speaker presentations, as well as ensure community management in social networks and interaction with the Dobro.rf platform.
Applications for participation in the electronic auction are accepted until March 16, 2026.
