Expanded the list of goods subject to national regulation in public procurement

The Government of the Russian Federation has approved additions to the lists of goods subject to national treatment measures under Resolution No. 1875.

Now, when conducting public procurement, import restrictions will apply to:
– towers and supports made of ferrous metals for wind power plants;
– passenger and cargo cable cars.

The relevant resolution No. 119 dated 02/11/2026 will enter into force 30 days after its official publication.
