Updating GIS EIS PURCHASES

Since February 7, 2026, changes have been made to the GIS EIS PROCUREMENT to increase the transparency of working with documents on the acceptance of goods, works or services in electronic form.
What has changed?
Now, before signing the acceptance document by both the supplier and the customer, the system will display expanded data on the selected stage of the contract in the information message.:
1. The identifier of the contract stage.
2. The deadline for the execution of the contract stage.
3. The name and (or) number of the stage (if they are specified by the customer in the register of contracts).
The same information will be available when the customer posts information about the execution of the contract in the registry.
Pay special attention! This update increases the responsibility for the correctness of the choice of the contract stage. Check the information in the message before signing. After the acceptance document is signed by both parties, it will be impossible to change the stage of the contract to which it relates.
