The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has prepared a practical memo in order to provide methodological support to customers.

If the characteristics of a product, work, or service in the KTRU catalog do not correspond to a real need, you have the right to initiate their change by contacting the Russian Ministry of Finance.

We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the document and use it in your work.
