In 2025, together with the Procurement Development Center, we conducted 61 educational events, training about 2,000 specialists. A particularly important focus was the continuation of a series of field seminars in municipal areas, which made it possible to make knowledge accessible even to the most remote territories of the republic. We have covered 44 municipalities and about 1,700 students," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
An important achievement in 2025 was the holding of the first federal procurement education conference in Kazan, which brought together representatives of 27 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The event resulted in the approval of Uniform requirements for educational programs in the field of procurement.
Niyaz Gazeev, General Director of the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about the pilot project "The Buyer. A new generation."
"We are successfully implementing an adaptation program for young professionals, which solves the problem of personnel shortage. Of the 36 participants, 19 have completed their studies, 5 graduates have already been employed in the procurement sector, and 2 students have been recommended to the personnel reserve. It is especially valuable that, thanks to cooperation with the Youth Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, two trained specialists have been sent to work in the Luhansk People's Republic. according to the Bridge of Unity project," Niyaz Gazeev emphasized.
In 2026, the State Committee plans to expand the scope of educational seminars and continue the formation of a professional procurement community.
