During the ceremony, Igor Privalov, Director of the Higher School of Economics, KFU, presented a letter of thanks to Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, for his high professionalism and long-term fruitful cooperation in the implementation of professional development activities for government civil and municipal employees of the Republic of Tatarstan.
