Marat Ziatdinov will fulfill the dreams of the young participants of the "Wish Tree"
Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee Marat Ziatdinov took part in the Christmas Tree of Wishes charity event. The event was held today as part of the 17th meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the seventh convocation.
Marat Ziatdinov will become a magician for two children: 12-year-old Danisa from Kazan, who has long dreamed of motorcycle equipment for skiing, and 10-year-old Milana from Verkhny Uslon. The girl is interested in creativity: she draws, dances and is interested in videography. She wished to receive a guitar as a gift in order to discover a new direction in art.
"The Christmas Tree of Wishes campaign is a wonderful initiative that allows us to give real joy to children. It is a great honor for me to be a participant in it and contribute to its good deeds. The smiles and happy eyes of the guys are the main reward," said Marat Ziatdinov.
Traditionally, the "Wishing Tree" takes place on the eve of the New Year holidays. It involves children and teenagers from 3 to 17 years old who are in difficult situations, children with disabilities, orphans, as well as children of deceased participants in a special military operation. As part of the project, they make wishes that are placed on special balls decorating the Christmas tree.
