The State Duma in the third reading adopted a bill on amendments to the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation

In the third (final) reading, the State Duma adopted a bill that amends The Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.

The draft law provides for liability for violation by the customer of the payment terms to the supplier under the contract concluded based on the results of the purchase in accordance with Law No. 223-FZ, regardless of the supplier's affiliation to small or medium-sized businesses.

The amount of the administrative fine for such a violation will be:

– for officials — from 30 thousand to 50 thousand rubles;

– for legal entities — from 50 thousand to 100 thousand rubles.
