An online broadcast of the XX Anniversary All-Russian Procurement Conference has been organized in Kazan
An online broadcast of a landmark event for the professional community, the XX Anniversary All-Russian Practical conference–seminar "State and Municipal Procurement - 2025", has been organized for the executive authorities of Tatarstan. The event is taking place on December 4-5, 2025 at the Institute of State and Regulated Procurement, Competition Policy and Anti-Corruption Technologies in Moscow.
The online broadcast of the conference in Kazan was organized by the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan with the support of the RT Procurement Development Center JSC. Maria Almazova, Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Niyaz Gazeev, General Director of the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, addressed the participants of the broadcast in Kazan. The event is attended by government customers - representatives of the republican ministries and departments responsible for procurement.
The conference brought together representatives of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Federal Treasury, experts from the Institute of Public Procurement, as well as scientific and expert organizations.
The business program of the conference discusses key issues of the development of the contract system, the improvement of procurement activities at the federal and regional levels, as well as current changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation on public procurement.
