How can I send a notification if the product is not in the register of the Russian Chamber of Commerce?

The RT State Procurement Committee recalls. If you are planning to purchase goods from the 1-433 list of Appendices No. 2 to RF PP No. 1875 and do not find the desired product in the register of Russian industrial products, the notification procedure for the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia is mandatory. The notification is sent before the purchase notice is posted.
For your convenience, the guidelines for sending notifications through the portal of the State Information System of Industry (GISP) have been updated. The current version of the instructions is available on the official website of our department at the link.
