Notification of the supervisory authority on the conclusion of a contract with a single supplier
The unified procurement information system implements functionality that ensures that customers send notifications to the control authority about the conclusion of contracts with a single supplier based on paragraphs 6, 6.1, 9, 34, 50 of part 1 of Article 93 of Law No. 44-FZ.
To send such a notification, the customer must:
1. generate information about the concluded contract in the contract registry;
2. On the "General Information" tab, in the "Basis for concluding a contract with a single supplier" field, select one of the relevant grounds for concluding a contract: paragraphs 6, 6.1, 9, 34 and 50 of Part 1 of Article 93 of Law No. 44-FZ;
3. on the "General Information" tab, in the "Control authority for notification of the conclusion of the contract" field, select the required control authority (the search is performed either by name or by INN number);
4. On the "Documents" tab, attach the justification for the conclusion of the contract as a single file;
5. Sign the information.
Notifications are sent automatically via the Unified Information System to the personal account of the control body when:
– the initial placement of information about the concluded contract in the register of contracts;
– making changes to the contract information in the event of a change in the document confirming the basis for concluding a contract with a single supplier.
The Control body can view the specified notifications in the "Calendar of Events and notifications" section on the "System Notifications" tab.
