The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted the defense of projects and the solemn presentation of certificates to graduates of the pilot educational program for training young specialists in the field of public procurement "The Buyer. A new generation." The event was attended by Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Ziatdinov, Director General of the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan Niyaz Gazeev, representative of the Youth Government of the Republic Kirill Kuvshinov and experts of the State Committee.

"Our program is designed not only to provide young professionals with professional knowledge, but also to educate a new generation of buyers with modern thinking, capable of making responsible decisions and implementing innovative approaches. The graduates of the first stream demonstrated a deep understanding of processes, an analytical approach and a willingness to improve the public procurement system. Most of them are already working in the public sector of the republic," said Marat Ziatdinov in his welcoming speech.

The program participants presented various projects on the advantages and risks of purchasing from a single supplier, procurement centralization, quotation requests, and other relevant topics. The members of the commission highly appreciated the performance of Ulyana Petrova, a student of the Volga State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, who also scored the highest number of points in the correspondence part of her studies.

"The educational program has given us a unique opportunity not only to gain theoretical knowledge from industry experts, but also to put it into practice. The experience of working on real-world cases and the opportunity to offer their own solutions to existing problems in the field of public procurement proved to be especially valuable. We are grateful to the organizers for the high level of training and individual approach to each participant," the graduates of the program shared their impressions.

All participants received official certificates of completion of training. Graduates were also offered assistance in finding employment in state and municipal institutions of the republic.
