The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has summarized the preliminary results of procurement activities for January-October 2025. During this period, 49,612 contracts totaling 233.91 billion rubles were signed in the republic, and the total savings amounted to 4.59 billion rubles.
Regional customers provided savings of 3.28 billion rubles (1.78% of the purchase volume), including government authorities and government institutions saved 1.95 billion rubles (2.25%).
Municipal customers spent budget funds most efficiently, achieving savings of 1.31 billion rubles, which accounted for 5.21% of their purchases. The absolute leaders in efficiency were local governments and municipal government institutions, which saved 0.94 billion rubles (6.62%).
"The results of procurement activities for the first 10 months of this year indicate a high level of competition and transparency of procedures in our republic. We see that the system of state and municipal procurement works effectively at all levels, allowing us to significantly save budget funds while maintaining the quality of purchased goods, works and services," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Among the largest projects in 2025, a notice for construction, installation and other works worth 3.42 billion rubles stands out, published by the State Institution "Main Investment and Construction Directorate of the Republic of Tatarstan". The largest contract signed — 2.84 billion rubles — is related to the construction of roads. The customer was GKU Glavtatdortrans, and the contract is due to be executed on December 20, 2027.
"Large—scale infrastructure projects remain a priority of the republic," stressed Marat Ziatdinov. — Construction of roads, social facilities, modernization of engineering networks — all this is aimed at improving the quality of life of the population of Tatarstan and creating conditions for further economic growth."
The budget funds saved as a result of procurement activities are directed to solving priority tasks of the socio-economic development of Tatarstan.
