Approved the rules for labeling fertilizers in consumer packaging

The Government of the Russian Federation has approved the rules for labeling by means of identification of certain types of fertilizers packaged in consumer packaging.

The rules establish that participants in the fertilizer turnover can fulfill the obligation to provide labeling information to the information monitoring system by providing acceptance documents provided for in Part 13 of Article 94 of Federal Law No. 44-FZ. This simplifies the interaction of market participants with the monitoring system.

The decree comes into force on September 1, 2026.
