RT State Inspectorate to check the quality of milk, sausage and canned food
The RT State Committee for Procurement has announced an electronic auction for conducting laboratory tests of food products. The initial (maximum) contract price is 954.6 thousand rubles. The customer is the State Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan for State Control over the production, turnover and quality of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic beverages and consumer protection.
The list of products studied included cheeses, cottage cheese, yoghurts, ice cream, condensed milk, sausages, meat and fish semi-finished products, canned food, as well as ready-made cooking. The laboratory will have to check the samples for the content of sterols, the mass fraction of protein, fat, moisture, the presence of preservatives, microbial transglutaminase, and PCR identification of the specific composition of meat.
The total volume is 420 samples. The results will reveal the falsification and violations of the composition of products arriving on the shelves of the republic.
