The Ministry of Finance has approved a list of regional guaranteeing organizations authorized to issue independent guarantees for participation in procurement under Law No. 44-FZ
The Russian Ministry of Finance has published a list of regional guaranteeing organizations that have the right to provide independent guarantees for the purposes of securing applications, executing contracts and guaranteeing obligations during procurement under Law No. 44-FZ.
The list includes lending assistance funds, including guarantee and surety funds that are members of the national guarantee system for supporting small and medium-sized businesses. They provide independent guarantees to secure applications, fulfill contracts, and guarantee obligations. There are 13 organizations in the list.
The list is based on data provided by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.
