The new domestic messenger MAX is confidently expanding its audience in the Republic of Tatarstan.

MAX is a universal development that combines all the necessary tools for communication and solving everyday tasks. A special chatbot, Gosuslugi of the Republic of Tatarstan, has been launched in the messenger, with which you can receive the necessary services remotely, without visiting government agencies.

Residents of the republic can submit meter readings here, pay for housing and communal services and taxes, make an appointment with a doctor and take advantage of other opportunities.

To use the new service, users need to install the MAX messenger and find the corresponding bot in the search.
