Key changes in public procurement discussed in Naberezhnye Chelny
Two significant zonal seminars aimed at improving the efficiency of work in the field of public procurement were held in Naberezhnye Chelny. The events were devoted to the topics "Public procurement: changes and practice in the application of 44-FZ" and "Effective participation in procurement."
The opening ceremony of the seminars was held by Maria Almazova, Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Farid Salakhov, Head of the Executive Committee of Naberezhnye Chelny. They highlighted the importance of the seminars and thanked the participants for their activity and interest in improving the level of professional training.
"Thanks to such meetings, it is possible to respond promptly to legislative changes, ensure the necessary qualifications of specialists and create favorable conditions for the formation of a transparent and effective public procurement system in our republic," Maria Almazova emphasized.
The seminars are aimed at a wide range of specialists and stakeholders, including representatives of the executive committees of districts, state and municipal institutions, as well as representatives of the business community of cities and districts of the republic, such as Naberezhnye Chelny, Mendeleevsky, Tukayevsky and Agryzsky districts.
"The main focus of the program was on changes in Federal Law No. 44-FZ, the specifics of applying the national regime and the specifics of working on the public procurement exchange. The participants discussed in detail the mechanisms of interaction with authorized bodies and strategies to prevent inclusion in the register of unscrupulous suppliers. Other important topics of the seminars include methods of price justification, features of furniture product purchases, the transition to digital contracts with a single supplier and digital additional agreements," the RT State Procurement Committee noted.
The speakers were the leading experts of the State Committee, specialists of the Procurement Development Center of the Republic and invited guests. Yakov Geller, General Director of the Tatarstan State Procurement Agency, highlighted in detail the specifics of working on the exchange platform, presented the capabilities of the republican marketing center and answered questions from the audience. Special attention was paid to measures to support local businesses.Ekaterina Konycheva, a representative of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke in detail about them.
