Tatarstan representatives became participants of the interregional conference in Lipetsk
Guldar Yusupova and Polina Gainutdinova, employees of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the IV interregional conference "Developing a contract system in the field of procurement TOGETHER", held on August 6-7 in the Lipetsk region.
More than a thousand specialists from fourteen regions gathered at the conference to share their experiences, exchange ideas and learn about best practices in the field of public procurement. Among the invited speakers are experts from the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia and other federal agencies, as well as leading experts in the field of procurement.
The first day of the conference was devoted to discussing current changes in legislative acts on procurement, the practical application of standards and the analysis of issues related to the national regime in judicial and administrative practice.
The second day was held in the format of round tables, where issues related to the work of customers at the stage of contract execution, claims management, the introduction of a rating system for assessing the business reputation of procurement participants ("ECG-rating") and the digitalization of small purchases were discussed.
The event became a platform for constructive dialogue and the development of effective solutions aimed at improving procurement activities in the regions of Russia.
